I skinned some teal and a couple woodies and kept them whole this year. I wanted to try some nre recipes. I know people often share their recipes for breast but what recipes do people have for whole birds? I saw a blackened recipe in a DU magazine once that looked awesome but I can not find it anymore. try useing Paul's Red Fish Magic , get a cast iron skillet red hot and sear the seasoning . allow to rest a min. slice and enjoy ------------------ IP: Logged |

Skinned them? Hmmm I guess I could email you my recipe for roasted duck but its not quite the same without that crackly, delicious, golden duck skin... Do yourself a culinary favor next year and at least pluck some of them and leave the skin on them...its glorious IP: Logged |
